NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on Sept. 30, 2003, the last will and testament of said decedent was admitted to probate by the above-named court and that HELENA LINN was appointed personal representative thereof on Oct. 23, 2003. Any action to set aside said will must be filed in said court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said decedent or to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to HELENA LINN, c/o Wood Law Office, P.O. Box 130, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941.
Creditors having claims against said decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

Notice OF APPLICATION FOR RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of October, 2003, John Copeland applied for an application for a retail liquor license in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming, for the following described place and premises, to wit: Concrete block building located on lots 7 and 8 of Block 3 of the original Townsite of Big Piney, Wyoming, and protests, if any, against the issuance of this license will be heard Nov. 24, 2003, at 7 p.m. at the town hall in council chambers in Big Piney, Wyoming.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
TAKE NOTICE that on November 7, 2003, an Application for Decree of Distribution of mineral property of PATRICIA LYNN JONES, deceased, was filed in the District Court of Sublette County, Wyoming, Ninth Judicial District, Probate No. 1888. Decedent died December 3, 1994, owning an interest in real property described as the W1/2N1/2 of Tract 12 of Sheet No. 7 of Hoback Ranches Subdivision (formerly described as W1/2N1/2SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 1, Township 36 North, Range 113 West of the 6th P.M., Sublette County Wyoming.)
The court shall consider the application on the 24th day of November, 2003, at 10 a.m., and if it appears the facts in the application are not in dispute, the court shall enter a decree of distribution as prayed for in said application.

AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING
STATE OF WYOMING TO: All interested parties in the above captioned matter.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing was held on Monday, November 17, 2003, in the Conference Room of the Office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming, to consider the matter of a hearing brought on the application of Infinity Oil & Gas of Wyoming, Inc., for an order from the Commission under the rules and regulations of the Underground Injection Control Program for an aquifer exemption for the Almy Formation in a quarter mile radius of the well bore of Well No. 1-11-29-114 Thompson which is located in the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 1, Township 29 North, Range 114 West, Unnamed Field area, Sublette County, Wyoming, as required by the agency's rules. In the absence of any objection, it is the intent of the Commission to approve the application thirty (30) days after publication of this Notice.
The application may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming. Please make any protests known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor.
If there are any protests in the above matters, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing.
