BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS
CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The following matters will come before this Commission on Monday, May 5, 2003, at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the Commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming:
Cause No. 9, Order No. 2, Docket No. 176-2003, in the matter of a hearing brought on by the Commission's own motion to review a previous order of the Commission identified as Cause No. 9, Order No. 1, Docket No. 90-2002 regarding method of treating pits by Soli-Bond Inc. in Albany, Big Horn, Campbell, Carbon, Converse, Crook, Fremont, Hot Springs, Johnson, Laramie, Lincoln, Natrona, Niobrara, Park, Sheridan, Sublette, Sweetwater, Uinta, Washakie and Weston counties, Wyoming.
The following matters will come before this Commission on Tuesday, May 6, 2003, at 9 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the Commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming:
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, Docket No. 202-2003, brought on the application of McMurry Oil Company for an order approving the drilling of additional wells to the Jonah Lance Pool in certain drilling and spacing units in: Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 108 West; Section 12, Township 28 North, Range 109 West; and Sections 32, 33, and 35 of Township 29 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., Jonah Field, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 1, Order No. 1, Docket No. 222-2003, brought on the application of EOG Resources, Inc. for an order establishing 40-acre drilling and spacing units from the Mesaverde Formation underlying the W1/2W1/2, SE1/4NW1/4, E1/2SW1/4 of Section 13; E1/2E1/2 of Section 14; W1/2, NW1/4SE1/4, S1/2SE1/4 of Section 24; NE1/4NW1/4, NE1/4, N1/2SE1/4, SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 25; with permitted wells to be located in the SW1/4NW1/4, SE1/4NW1/4, NW1/4SW1/4, SW1/4SW/4, NW1/4SE1/4, SW1/4SE1/4, NW1/4NW1/4, all in Section 13 with a 200' tolerance; NE1/4NE1/4 with a 200' tolerance, SE1/4NE1/4 located 1866'FNl and 318' FEL, NE1/4SE1/4 located 1425' FSL and 150' FEL, SE1/4SE/4 located 1060' FSL and 990' FEL all in Section 14; NW1/4NW1/4 located 330' FWL and 990' FNL, SW1/4NW1/4 located 1819' FNL and 1057' FWL, NE1/4NW1/4 located in the center with a 200' tolerance, SE1/4NW1/4 located 2300' FWL and 1670' FNL NW1/4SW1/4 located 2232' FSL and 1138' FWL, SW1/4SW1/4 located 1007' FSL and 996' FWL NE1/4SW1/4 located 2235' FSL and 2355'FWL, SE1/4SW1/4 located 419' FSL and 1557 FWL, NW1/4SE1/4, SW1/4SE1/4, SE1/4SE1/4, to be located in the center with a 200' tolerance; all in Section 24; NE1/4NW1/4 to be located in the center with a 200' tolerance, NW1/4NE1/4 located 468' FNL and 2432' FEL, SW1/4NE1/4, NE1/4NE1/4, SE1/4NE1/4, NW1/4SE1/4, NE1/4SE1/4, SE1/4SE /4 to be located in the center with a 200' tolerance, Township 29 North, Range 113 West, Tip Top (Triple B) Field Area, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the time and place aforesaid to be heard by the Commission. The applications may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming. If there are any protests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.
