NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DEVREE OF DISTRIBUTION
TAKE NOTICE that on Sept. 24, 203, an Application for Decree of Distribution of mineral property of VICTOR S. McGINNIS, deceased, was filed in the District Court of Sublette County, Wyoming, Ninth Judicial District, Probate No. 1884. Decedent died April 7, 2002, owning an interest in mineral property described as:
