NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION FOR ADMISSION OF FOREIGN PROBATE PROCEEDINGS
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a petition has been filed with the District Court of Sublette County, Wyoming, Ninth Judicial District, Probate No. 1881, wherein the petitioner seeks to have certain probate proceedings conducted in the Third Judicial District Court of Salt Lake County, Utah, Probate Case No. 0239000631, in the estate of DOROTHY ELEANOR E. McALLISTER, deceased, who became deceased on March 18, 2002, admitted in this court as a probate of said estate by this court. You are further notified that said petition has been set for hearing before this court at 10 a.m. on the 5th day of September 2003, at the Sublette County Courthouse, Sublette County, Wyoming, and unless objection is made to this court on or before said time and date, this court will enter and order admitting certified copies of said proceedings to record in this court, pursuant to W.S. S 2-11-201.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 14th day of August, 2003, the Last Will and Testament of Decedent was admitted to probate by the above named court and there will be no present administration of the estate. Any action to set aside the will shall be filed in the court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.

Legal Notice
In accordance with the provisions of the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act and Chapter 1, Section 2(b)ii of the Solid Waste Rules and Regulations, Mr. Stewart M. Doty has submitted a permit amendment application for the Stuart Doty Greenhouses (Wyomatoes).
This facility currently stores on-specification used oil in two 5,000 gallon above-ground storage tanks. The used oil is burned for energy recovery to heat the commercial greenhouses located adjacent to the storage tanks. This used oil storage area is approximately 0.01 acres and the facility is located on the SE1/4, SW1/4 of Section 19 of T30N, R113W, Sublette County, Wyoming. The current total volumetric capacity of the storage facility is 10,000 gallons. The current service area for the facility is Sublette, Lincoln and Sweetwater counties. The purpose of the permit amendment application is to allow the operator of this facility to increase the storage capacity and expand the service area. The permit amendment includes the addition of two 12,000 gallon, above-ground storage tanks to increase the total volumetric capacity of the storage facility to 34,000 gallons; and to expand the service area to include Wyoming, Colorado, Utah and Idaho.
This notice is to announce that the Department of Environmental Quality, Solid and Hazardous Waste Division has determined the permit amendment application to be complete and technically adequate. The department has issued an application review and a DRAFT permit amendment which can be viewed, along with a copy of the application, at the Sublette County Clerk's Office and the Sublette County public library in Pinedale, Wyoming.
The public comment period for this matter shall begin on the 4th day of September, 2003 and end on the 11th day of October, 2003. Any interested person has the right to file written objections to the DRAFT permit amendment. Objections must be received by 5 p.m. on the last day of the public comment period and should clearly state the author's basis for the objection and why the author feels the proposed application does not adequately meet the requirements of the applicable rules or status. Objections must be submitted in writing to the Department of Environmental Quality, John V. Corra, Director, 122 West 25th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002. If substantial written objections are files, a contested case hearing will be held by the Environmental Quality Council.
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternative formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.

Notice of Application for restaurant liquor license
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of August, 2003, Michael & Lorraine Gatzke applied for an application for a renewal of a restaurant liquor license in the office of the clerk of the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming, for the following described place and premises, to wit: Wood building located on Lots 13, 14 & 15, Block 12, of the C.P. McGlashan's 1st Addition to the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming, and protests, if any, against the issuance of this license will be heard September 30, 2003, at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall in the Council Chambers in Big Piney, Wyoming.
