BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The following matters will come before this Commission on Monday, September 15, 2003, at 9 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming
Cause No. 9, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 453-2003, in the matter of a hearing brought on the commission's own motion to review a previous order of the commission identified as Cause No. 9, Order No. 1, Docket No. 292-2002 regarding pit treatment by Separation Systems Consultants, Inc. in Natrona, Uinta, Sweetwater and Sublette counties, Wyoming.
Cause No. 9, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 455-2003, in the matter of a hearing brought on the commission's own motion to review a previous order of the commission identified as Cause No. 9, Order No. 1, Docket No. 325-2002, regarding pit treatment by Flare Construction, Inc. in Uinta, Lincoln, Sublette and Sweetwater counties, Wyoming.
The following matters will come before this commission on Tuesday, September 16, 2003, at 9 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming:
Cause No. 3, Order No. 3, DOCKET NO. 295-2003, brought on the application of BP America Production Company for an order from the commission authorizing the drilling of four additional wells to test and produce from the Jonah Field Lance Pool as defined by the commission's order in Docket No. 84-2003, each well to be an increased density well on lands spaced or affected by the commission's prior orders in Docket Nos. 228-98 or 90-2000, such wells being identified and located on the following quarter sections of land, at the distances and otherwise in the manner more particularly described as the Cabrito No. 9-30A located in the SE1/4 of Section 30, Township 29 North, Range 107 West, 6th P.M., the Corona No. 11-31A located in the SW1/4 of Section 31, the Cabrito No. 9-25A located in the SE1/4 of Section 25 and the Stud Horse Butte No. 30-20A located in Section 20; all in Township 29 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., and to authorize unrestricted production from each such additional well from any portion of the Jonah Field Lance Pool, all in the Jonah Field, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 1, Order No. 3, DOCKET NO. 296-2003, brought on the application of BP America Production Company for an order from the commission amending the commission's prior order in Docket No. 90-2000, to include all of Section 25, Township 29 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M, as being included in the "Buffer Acreage" (under Docket No. 228-98) approved for 40-acre in-fill drilling in Docket No. 90-2000, and, further to the extent required, confirming that Section 25, Township 29 North, Range 108 West, is subject to the terms of the commission's recent order in Docket No. 84-2003, defining the Lance Pool for the Jonah Field, all in the Jonah Field, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 1, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 412-2003, in the matter of the application of EOG Resources, Inc. for an order establishing 160-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil and gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Lance/Mesaverde Formation underlying portions of Sections 7 and 18, Township 34 North, Range 111 West, 6th P.M., Merna Prospect area, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 413-2003, in the matter of the application of Anschutz Pinedale Corporation for an order authorizing the drilling of as many as thirty-two additional wells to test and produce from the Lance Pool, in two separate pilot areas, each such additional well proposed to be an increase in the density of wells permitted and provided by Commission Rule Chapter 3, Section 2, from one well per quarter-quarter section to two wells per quarter-quarter section (or lots or tracts substantially equivalent thereto), each such additional well to be located at the producing interval within the Lance Pool, anywhere on the affected quarter-quarter section, not closer than 200 feet to the exterior boundary of the quarter-quarter section, and not closer than 400 feet to the producing interval within the Lance Pool of any other well drilled to and producing from such Lance Pool, such additional wells to be located, one such additional well on each quarter-quarter section (or lot or tract substantially equivalent thereto), and to authorize unrestricted production from each such additional well from any portion of the Lance Pool, as defined; Pilot Area 1 located on the SE1/4 of Section 21, S/2 of Section 22, NW/4 of Section 27 and NE/4 of Section 28; Pilot Area 2 located on the N1/2SE1/4 of Section 35, Township 32 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M., Pinedale Anticline Area, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 417-2003, in the matter of the application of BP America Production Company for an order authorizing the drilling of the proposed Stud Horse Butte No. 4-20A well to test and produce from the Lance Pool, very near the east-west dividing line between the NE1/4 of Section 19 and the NW1/4 of Section 20, Township 39 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., as an additional, increased density well, with a surface location anywhere within the NE/4 of said Section 19, and a bottomhole location, at the producing interval in the Lance Pool, 1320 feet FNL and 50 feet FWL, Section 20, Township 29 North, Range 108 West, with a 200-foot tolerance in any direction, and to authorize unrestricted production from such additional well from any portion of the Lance Pool, all in the Jonah Field area, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 430-2003, in the matter of the application of McMurry Oil Company for an order approving the drilling of a third well, the Stud Horse Butte No. 38-28, to the Jonah Lance Pool, no closer than 300 feet from another well, and approving the directional drilling of said well to an authorized location in the S1/2NW1/4 of Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 431-2003, in the matter of the application of McMurry Oil Company for an order approving the drilling of a third well, the Stud Horse Butte No. 44-27, to the Jonah Lance Pool, no closer than 50 feet from the exterior boundary of the drilling and spacing unit and no closer than 300 feet from any other well, and approving the directional drilling of said well to an authorized location in the S1/2NE1/4 of Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 1, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 456-2003, in the matter of the application of Ultra Resources, Inc. for an order authorizing a pilot project with increased density of two wells per 40-acre quarter-quarter section for the Lance Pool as defined in Docket No. 136-2003 with the authorized wells to be located no closer than 200 feet from the boundary line of each quarter-quarter section and with the bottomhole location no closer than 400 feet from the bottomhole of another well authorized in the Lance pool; said wells to be located in the SE1/4 of Section 4 and the SE1/4 of Section 10, Township 30 North, Range 108 West; the SW1/4 of Section 27 and the SE1/4 of Section 28, Township 32 North, Range 109 West; and the NW1/4 of Section 2, the NW1/4 of Section 3, and the NW1/4SE1/4 of Section 13, Township 31 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the time and place aforesaid to be heard by the commission. The applications may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming. If there are any protests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.

NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION FOR ADMISSION OF FOREIGN PROBATE PROCEEDINGS
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a petition has been filed with the District Court of Sublette County, Wyoming, Ninth Judicial District, Probate No. 1881, wherein the petitioner seeks to have certain probate proceedings conducted in the Third Judicial District Court of Salt Lake, County, Utah, Probate Case No. 0239000631, in the estate of DOROTHY ELEANOR E. McALLISTER, deceased, who became deceased on March 18, 2002, admitted in this court as a probate of said estate by this court. You are further notified that said petition has been set for hearing before this court at 10 a.m. on the 5th day of September 2003, at the Sublette County Courthouse, Sublette County, Wyoming, and unless objection is made to this court on or before said time and date, this court will enter and order admitting certified copies of said proceedings to record in this court, pursuant to W.S. S 2-11-201.
