TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on June 19, 2002, the Last Will and Testament of said Decedent was admitted by the above named court and that KAREN SUE LUCE DAVIS was appointed Personal Re-presentative thereof on June 19, 2002. Any action to set aside said will must be filed in said court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said Decedent or to said Estate are requested to make immediate payment to KAREN SUE LUCE DAVIS, c/o Wood Law Office, P.O. Box 130, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941.
Creditors having claims against said Decedent or the Estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers in the office of the clerk of the District Court, on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this publication, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

3. The year this property was taxed was 1999. William H. Mayo has also paid taxes for 1988-2002.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE ESTABLISHING RIGHT AND TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on August 1. 2003, LESLEY DENISE WENZ, DAVID ALAN DAILEY and MICHAEL SEAN DAILEY filed an Application For Decree Establishing Right And Title to Real Property requesting that the Court enter a Decree setting over certain real property from LINDA R. DAILEY to LESLEY DENISE WENZ, DAVID ALAN DAILEY and MICHAEL SEAN DAILEY.
In said application, LESLEY DENISE WENZ, DAVID ALAN DAILEY AND MICHAEL SEAN DAILEY alleges:
1. That the decedent, LINDA R. DAILEY, died on May 28, 2003, in Twin Falls County, State of Idaho, leaving real property owned in her name in Sublette County, Wyoming; that LESLEY DENISE WENZ, DAVID ALAN DAILEY AND MICHAEL SEAN DAILY are the surviving children of the decedent and that the decedent died intestate.
2. That LESLEY DENISE WENZ, DAVID ALAN DAILEY and MICHAEL SEAN DAILEY are the children of the decedent and the sole heirs at law of decedent. The Decedent left no surviving spouse.
3. That thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the decedent.
4. That the entire estate of the decedent, both real and personal, did not exceed one hundred fifty thousand and NO/100 ($150,000) dollars.
5. That no application for appointment of a personal representative for the estate of the Decedent is now pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction.
6. That the Decedent owned certain real property in Sublette County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot Six (6), Block One (1) of the Redstone Fourth Addition to the Town of Pinedale, Sublette County, Wyoming;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining;
The value of this property is less than One Hundred Fifty Thousand and NO/100 ($150,000.00) Dollars.
7. That LESLEY DENISE WENZ, DAVID ALAN DAILEY and MICHAEL SEAN DAILEY are entitled to have said real property set over to them due to the laws of intestate succession in Wyoming.
8. That there are no other distributees or heirs of the decedent having any right to succeed to said real property under probate proceedings.
Anyone having an objection to said Application should file it with the Clerk of District Court, Sublette County, Wyoming prior to August 22, 2003.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC INTEREST HEARING
A public hearing as required under regulations at 43 CFR 2203.3, is scheduled to accept oral and written testimony and comments on the public interest factors associated with the proposed Pittsburg and Midway (P&M) Coal Exchange. Pertinent information regarding the proposed exchange is contained in a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) which documents and discloses the results of an environmental analysis of the proposed P&M Coal Exchange. The FEIS may be viewed and downloaded from the BLM Wyoming website www.wyblm.gov. Copies of the FEIS are also available for public inspection at the following BLM Offices: Wyoming State Office, 5353 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, WY 82003; Buffalo Field Office, 1425 Fort Street, Buffalo, WY 82834; Rawlins Field Office, 1300 N. Third Street, Rawlins, WY 82301; Casper Field Office, 2987 Prospector Drive, Casper, WY 82604; and the Pinedale Field Office, 432 E. Mill Street, Pinedale, WY 82941.
The public hearing will be held from 7-9 p.m., MDT, September 17, 2003, at Sheridan College, 3059 Coffeen Avenue, Whitney Building, Room W-136, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
After completion of the FEIS and prior to making a public interest determination and issuing a notice of decision, the BLM is required to hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the public interest factors on the proposed exchange. BLM will provide an attendance register at the door to record names of the parties attending the meeting. BLM will also provide a register for those desiring to express their views during the formal hearing procedure. The time allotted to each person wishing to make a statement will be determined by the number of attendees wishing to speak.
The hearing will consist of two distinct phases: (1) an informal phase where the BLM and the USFS will explain the exchange proposal in general terms and will respond to any questions about the exchange proposal, and (2) a formal phase where it will be explained that the hearing is afforded to provide an opportunity to receive comments regarding the public interest factors associated with the proposed exchange. BLM will ask each party who registered at the door to proceed to the microphone and provide their comments. Each party will be asked for their name, business affiliation (if any), and a written copy of their comments if one is available. BLM will not respond to any questions during the formal phase of the hearing. A transcript of both the written and verbal comments will be recorded and will become part of the official transcript for the hearing. The complete transcript of the formal phase of the hearing will be forwarded to the Department of Justice for their review, prior a Record of Decision being issued for the proposed land exchange. Any comments received will be considered in the final decision issued for this exchange.
