BP Party When Big Piney High School's graduation ceremony ended, the majority of the high school students, their families and guests headed over to the Big Piney Annex for the seniors' annual non-alcoholic all-night party.
This year's party was a bit different than those of previous years. There were games, DJ's, door prizes, and to top it all off, several big inflatable obstacle courses. These included a horizontal bungee jump, a climbing wall followed by a slide, and a couple of sumo wrestling suits. The plastic suits made people much larger than normal. Students tried to force each other out of a circular ring while wearing these large suits. Plinko, Wheel of Fortune, ring toss, golf and darts were included in this year's game booths. Plenty of prizes were won, including candy, pop and even cash.
Door prizes given out to seniors included microwaves, portable phones and digital cameras. Four grand prizes went out this year, with four lucky seniors (two boys and two girls) taking home either a small refrigerator, the perfect size for a dorm room, or a color television set. Other door prizes were won by anyone who attended the all night party, not just seniors. Some lucky underclassmen took home cash prizes and a wide variety of other gifts. When the party ended, every senior went home with their arms full.
