NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A DECREE FOR DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
To all persons interested in the Estate of DORIS M. NEGLEY, deceased:
Take notice that Keith A. Jakobi and William C. Jakobi caused to be filed on the 13th day of May, 2002, an Application for a Decree for Distribution of Real Property, which was owned by Doris M. Negley, deceased, at the time of her death, requesting that the court enter a decree distributing said real property to them, Keith A Jakobi and William C. Jakobi, as the applicants. Said real property is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lot 49, Block 1, Barger Subdivision, Sublette County, Wyoming, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining.
This notice shall be published one a week for two consecutive weeks. According to W.S. Section 2-1-205, the aforementioned application shall be considered by the above name court after publication of this notice. Therefore, if you have objection to this application, you may file your objection with the clerk of the court prior to the court's entry of a decree as requested in said application. The aforesaid statute further provides that: "If it appears that the facts stated in the application are not in dispute, the court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property."
If no objections are filed thereto, your applicants shall upon final publication request that the court enter a decree granting them title to the aforesaid real property.

HEREBY TAKE NOTICE:
Under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure included in the Default Judgment, Decree and Order of Partial Dismissal, Nunc Pro Tunc, pertaining to Defendants Corbridge, issued out of the District Court of the Ninth Judicial District in and for Sublette County, State of Wyoming, on May 6, 2002, in the above entitled action, wherein PAULA B. WHITLEY, as Sole Trustee under the Paula B. Whitley Living Trust dated December 5, 1996, obtained a Decree of Foreclosure and Decree for the sale of the hereinafter described real property in the amount $191,377.96, including interest to date of sale of June 4, 2002, against Defendants CLARK CORBRIDGE AND JUDITH D, CORBRDIGE AND BENEFICIAL WYOMING INC., I am commanded to sell the following parcel of property, to wit:
Lot 4 and the West 50 feet of Lot 3, Block 2 in the Amended Townsite of Shelter Park, Sublette County, Wyoming, as the same appears on the official map or plat thereof filed for record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio Register of Deeds for Sublette County, Wyoming.
Notice is hereby given that on June 4, 2002,at the front door at the Sublette County Courthouse, in the Town of Pinedale, State of Wyoming, at the hour of 10:01 a.m., I will in accordance with said Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure, sell the above described parcel of property and apply the proceeds to satisfy the Judgment of PAULA B. WHITLEY, as Sole Trustee under the Paul B. Whitley Living Trust dated December 5, 1996, said parcel shall be sold to the highest bidder for cash, certified funds acceptable to the undersigned.

BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The following matters will come before this Commission on Wednesday, June 12, 2002, at 9 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the Commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming:
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, Docket No. 191-2002, brought on the application of Devon SFS Operating, Inc. for an order authorizing a third well in each of two existing approximate 60-acre vertical drilling and spacing units for the Lance Formation underlying (a) Lot 4, SW1/4SW1/4; (b) Lot 3, SE1/4SW1/4, all in Section 1, Township 28 North, Range 109 West, with the third wells each to be drilled from the surface location of one of the existing wells in each drilling and spacing units; bottomhole locations to be (a) 550' FWL, 1320' FNL, (b) 1400' FNL, 1940' FWL, respectively, both with a 50-foot tolerance in any direction; Jonah Field Area, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, Docket No. 201-2002, brought on the amended application of McMurry Oil Company for an order approving the Jonah Federal 2-7 located 614' FNL and 1967' FEL, N1/2NE1/4 of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 108 West, as the third Lance well in an 80-acre drilling and spacing unit and authorizing the drilling of two additional wells in each 80-acre Lance Formation drilling and spacing units in the NE1/4 of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., with each additional well being no closer than 50 feet from the exterior boundary of each drilling and spacing unit and no closer than 500 feet from another well, all in Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, Docket No. 202-2002, in the matter of a hearing brought on the amended application of McMurry Oil Company for an order approving the drilling of two additional wells (the third and fourth wells) to the Lance Formation in each horizontal 80-acre drilling and spacing unit in the S1/2 of Section 34, Township 29 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M. with each well being no closer than 50 feet from the exterior boundary of each drilling and spacing unit and no closer than 500 feet from another well, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the time and place aforesaid to be heard by the Commission. The application may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming. If there are any protests please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.
