A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at 11:30 a.m. at the Big Piney School District Administrative Office, 115 South Nichols Street, Big Piney, Wyoming, 83113. Drawings and specifications will be distributed at that time.

Drawings and specifications may be secured from John Dixson Associates, Architects, 200 Park Street, Blackfoot, Idaho, 83221; telephone (208) 782-0808, fax (208) 782-0810, on or after May 14th, 2002. A deposit of $50 per set is required to obtain the bid documents.

No bidder may withdraw their bid until 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Each contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and must meet the requirements of federal and Wyoming state statutes. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, except for Laramie, Albany, Crook, Goshen, Sheridan and Teton counties, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the state of Wyoming.

Each bid shall be accompanied by lawful monies of the United States, or with a cashier’s check, certified check, bank money order, or bank draft, in any case, drawn and issued by a national banking association located in the State of Wyoming or a bid bond or bonds executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Sublette County School District No. 9.

The Commissioners of the Boulder Irrigation District, having filed their Annual Report for 2002 herein, showing an itemized statement of the money to be raised by assessment within the District for the purposes of maintenance, repayment of loan and interest and to meet the yearly current expenses of the district;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on the 13th day of May, 2002, at 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, is the time and the Courtroom in the Sublette county Courthouse is the place when and where all objections thereto may be heard.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order be published in the Sublette Examiner on the 9th day of May, 2002.

Under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure included in the Default Judgment, Decree And Order of Partial Dismissal, Nunc Pro Tunc, pertaining to Defendants Corbridge, issued out of the District Court of the Ninth Judicial District in and for Sublette County, State of Wyoming, on May 6, 2002, in the above entitled action, wherein PAULA B. WHITLEY, as Sole Trustee under the Paula B. Whitley Living Trust dated December 5, 1996, obtained a Decree of Foreclosure and Decree for the sale of the hereinafter described real property in the amount $191,377.96, including interest to date of sale of June 4, 2002, against Defendants CLARK CORBRIDGE AND JUDITH D, CORBRDIGE AND BENEFICIAL WYOMING INC., I am commanded to sell the following parcel of property, to wit"

Lot 4 and the West 50 feet of Lot 3, Block 2 in the Amended Townsite of Shelter Park, Sublette County, Wyoming, as the same appears on the official map or plat thereof filed for record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio Register of Deeds for Sublette County, Wyoming.
