Pursuant to Wyoming Statute 21-3-110 (a) (ii) (A), Duties of Boards of Trustees, individual yearly gross salary payments shall be published during the month of March of each year. Each individual annual gross salary shall be identified by category and each individual salary shall be published as a gross dollar amount without identification other than category. At the end of the salary publication shall be printed the district salary schedule.

Separate sealed bids for deceleration and turning lanes, U.S. Highway 191 - Sublette County Road 23-190 intersection, will be received by Sublette County at the office of the Sublette County Clerk until 1 p.m. (local time) on March 20, 2003. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same office at 2 p.m. on the same date.

Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at the office of Nelson Engineering upon payment of $50 for each set. There will be no refunds for returned bid documents.
A pre-bid project showing will be conducted on March 13, 2003, at 1 p.m. (local time). Meet at the Sublette County Courthouse.
Bidders must be certified by the Wyoming Department of Transportation to complete grading and paving construction on Wyoming highways. Under the provisions of Wyoming Statutes 16-6-101 through 16-6-206, certified resident contractors shall be given a five percent (5%) bid preference. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid amount.
The owner reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.

For Sale by bid
Eden Valley Development Corp. is accepting bids on the sale and removal of the corrals located at Mitch's Café in Farson, Wyoming.
Bids will be for all materials in the corrals. Materials consist of panels, gates, posts and loading chute. Posts must be pulled and the area cleared of all debris. Work must be completed by June 2, 2003. Payment must be made in full on award of bid.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday, April 17, 2003, at 7:30 p.m. in the county courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming. At this time public hearing will be held for the following applications:
AGENDA
Zone change application by Richard Rohrer to rezone .5 acre, more or less, from R-R (Rural Residential) to R-R MH (Rural Residential Mobile Home). The property is located in a portion of Section 15, T32N, R108W. It is on the east side of Front Street CR23-209 in Boulder. The purpose of the zone change is to allow a single-wide mobile home to be placed on the lot.
Zone change application by JP Ranch, Inc. to rezone 40 acres, more or less, from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-R 10 (Rural Residential Ten Acre Minimum) on 14.5 acres, more or less, and R-R 20 (Rural Residential Twenty Acre Minimum) on 25.5 acres, more or less. The property is Tract 4 of Diamond T Estates Large Tract Development. It is located south of Fayette Pole Creek CR23-121 and Anderson Subdivision. The purpose of the zone change is to subdivide into two (2) lots.
Wilderness Estate Large Tract Development map by First Citie Capitol Corporation. The development consists of 201.66 acres, more or less, zoned A-1 (Agricultural). The large tract development will include 5 lots of 40 + acres each. The property is located in portions of Section 6, T33N, R108W and Section 1, T33N, R109W and is north of Fayette Pole Creek CR23-121, northwest of Highland View Estates.
Zone change application by Jack Richardson to rezone 43.1 acres, more or less, from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-R 10 (Rural Residential Ten Acre Minimum). The property is Lot 1 of Old Brazzill Ranch Large Tract Development, generally located on the east side of U.S. Hwy 191 behind Aspen Storage and Giebel Subdivision. The purpose of the zone change is to subdivide into 4 lots.

Zone change application by Bubba Larsen to rezone 4 acres, more or less, from R-R MH/PUD (Rural Residential Mobile Home/Planning Unit Development), C-1/PUD (General Commercial/ Planned Unit Development), and R-R MH10 (Rural Residential Mobile Home Ten Acre Minimum) to CH-1/PUD (Highway Commercial /Planned Unit Development), C-1/PUD, and R-R MH/PUD. The property is a portion of Lot 3, Big River Subdivision, T32N, R108W, Section 8. The purpose of the zone change is to do a subdivision with commercial and residential lots.
Potential reversal of zoning on property owned by Scott Leeper on 97 acres, more or less, now zoned R-R 10 (Rural Residential Ten Acre Minimum). If reversed, the property will become A-1 (Agricultural). The property is within Section 33, T38N, R113W. The site is on the east side of US Hwy 191/189 in the Bondurant vicinity.
Potential reversal of zoning on property owned by William Koch on 176 acres, more or less, now zoned R-R 10 (Rural Residential Ten Acre Minimum). If reversed, the property will become A-1 (Agricultural). The property is within Sections 10 and 11, T34N, R112W. The site is located south of Daniel-Merna CR23-112, approximately 6 1/2 miles from Daniel Junction.
