ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING APPLICATION FOR DECREE ESTABLISHING RIGHT AND TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY
Emma L. James and Gordon L. James having on the 22nd day of April, 2002, filed in this Court their application for decree establishing their right and title to real estate owned by Greg James, deceased, at the time of his death on the 20th day of March, 2202, said property being described as follows:
Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 7, Marbleton Townsite, Sublette County, Wyoming; and
the applicants being entitled to the consideration of this Court upon their application;
Now therefore all interested persons take notice that the Court will on the 3rd day of May, 2002, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon in the Courtroom of the Courthouse at Pinedale, Wyoming, hear and consider the application of Emma L. James and Gordon L. James, and further the Court shall, if the facts of the application are not disputed, enter a decree establishing the right and title to the above described property as lawful distributees of the decedent, Greg James;
The Clerk of the Court shall make publication of this order and notice as required by law.

STATE OF WYOMING TO:
All interested parties in the above captioned matter. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2002, at 1:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, or between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the commission remains in session, in the Conference Room of the Office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming.
In the matter of a hearing brought on the application of BP America Production Company for an order under the Underground Injection Program for an aquifer exemption for the Upper Fort Union Formation in a quarter-mile radius of the wellbore of the proposed disposal well Jonah WDW No. 1 located in the NW1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 North, Range 107 West, and approval of use of the well for disposal of water, Jonah Field, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the time and place aforesaid to be heard by the Commission. The application may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming. If there are any protests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by written objection.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at 11:30 a.m. at the Big Piney School District Administrative Office, 115 South Nichols Street, Big Piney, Wyoming, 83113. Drawings and specifications will be distributed at that time.
Drawings and specifications may be secured from John Dixson Associates, Architects, 200 Park Street, Blackfoot, Idaho, 83221; telephone (208) 782-0808, fax (208) 782-0810, on or after May 14th, 2002. A deposit of $50 per set is required to obtain the bid documents.
No bidder may withdraw their bid until 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Each contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and must meet the requirements of federal and Wyoming state statutes. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, except for Laramie, Albany, Crook, Goshen, Sheridan and Teton counties, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the state of Wyoming.
Each bid shall be accompanied by lawful monies of the United States, or with a cashier’s check, certified check, bank money order, or bank draft, in any case, drawn and issued by a national banking association located in the State of Wyoming or a bid bond or bonds executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Sublette County School District No. 9.
