REQUEST FOR BIDS
Hereby take notice that the Pinedale Airport Board, acting on behalf of the Town of Pinedale, is requesting bids for the salvage rights and removal for all structures, interior fencing and corral from lot five (5) of the Airport Subdivision, Sublette County, Wyoming. Bids will be opened on Feb. 11, 2003, at 2 p.m. at the Pinedale Town Hall. All bids must be on the authorized Bid Form and received at the Pinedale Town Hall no later than 5 p.m. on Feb. 10, 2003, to be considered. Removal must be completed by Oct. 1, 2003. Within five business days of notice of award, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a written contract with the Pinedale Airport Board for the successful reclamation of the concerned lot after salvage and removal of the concerned structures, interior fencing and corral in a form attached to the Specifications. Specifications for this contract and Bid Forms are available at the Pinedale Town Hall. Telephone (307)-367-4136 for mailing of a bid package.
Structures include: Two-story log home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, attached double garage, detached barn and detached shed located at 24 Runway Lane, about 5 miles SE of Pinedale off Highway 191. Interior fencing includes pole fencing and corral. In case of conflict between the terms of the Request and the Specifications, the Specifications shall control.

NOTICE OF APPICATION FOR DECREE
Notice is hereby given that an Application for Decree of Ownership of Real Property has been filed in the Ninth Judicial District Court in Pinedale, Sublette County, Wyoming, where Ruth Clare Johnson claims to be the sole heir under the Last Will and Testament of Clare R. Axtell, who died in Thermopolis, Hot Springs County, Wyoming, on July 22, 1991. In said application, Ruth Clare Johnson claims she is entitled to the real property further described as follows:
A 7.555555% (1/9th of 68%) interest in the oil, gas and minerals in the following describe real property:
Township 31 North, Range 109 West of the 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming;
Section 15: Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9, SW1/4SW1/4
Section 21: Lots 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, E1/2NE1/4
RUTH CLARE JOHNSON further claims all income due and owing as a result of litigation on the above-described mineral rights; the last known amount due was a total of $79.53 as a result of said litigation.
YOU ARE FUTHER NOTIFIED that anyone having an objection must file an objection on or before Feb. 10, 2003, at 10 a.m., at which time the district judge shall hold a hearing and if the facts of said application are not in dispute, the court will enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property in Ruth Clare Johnson.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday, February 20, 2003, at 7:30 p.m. in the County Courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming. At this time public hearing will be held for the following applications:
AGENDA
1. Conditional Use application by Michael S. Looney to construct and rent additional mini-storage units on 3.09 acres located at the corner of State Highway 354 and US Highway 189/191. The site is in a portion of Section 26, T34N, R111W. The property is zoned C-1 (General Commercial).

Public Notice for Bids
Sublette County School District No. 1 is accepting bids for a complete hi-band radio system to be installed in school buses. The system will include a base radio, repeater, thirteen mobile radios, one handheld radio, two desk-mount remote radios and one wall-mount remote radio. Please contact John Overgaag, transportation director, for a complete set of bid specifications.
The bid includes securing the necessary permits and licenses on behalf of the school district, factory-authorized installation of all components and the capability of doing warranty work on the equipment.
Bids will be accepted until 1 p.m. March 3, 2003, at the central office. Bids will be taken under consideration at the March 13, 2003, school board meeting. SCSD No. 1 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding process. SCSD No. 1 does not bind itself to accept the low bid, but, rather, the bid it feels is in the best interest of the school district.

TOO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are herby notified that on Jan. 17, 2003, the Last Will and Testament of said Decedent was admitted to probate by the above-named court and that Kurt C. Feltner was appointed personal representative thereof on Jan. 31, 2003. Any action to set aside said Will must be filed in court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said Decedent or to said Estate are requested to make immediate payment to Kurt. C. Feltner, c/o Wood Law Office, P.O. Box 130, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941.
Creditors having claims against said Decedent of the Estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this publication, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
