PUBLIC NOTICE
The Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday, February 20, 2003, at 7:30 p.m. in the County Courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming. At this time public hearing will be held for the following applications:
AGENDA
1. Zone change application by Curtis Flug/Newpark Environmental Services to rezone 18 acres from I-L (Light Industrial) to I-H (Heavy Industrial). The property is located in lots 17, 18, 19, and 20 of Sand Draw Industrial Park. The industrial Park is at the intersection of US Hwy 191 and State Hwy 351 (Big Piney Cut-off). The purpose of the zone change is to build a bioremediation facility to treat hydrocarbon contaminated waste.

Sublette County is seeking general contractors interested in providing contract construction services for the new Sublette Hi-Country Senior Center building project in Pinedale. Pursuant to Wyoming Statute, 41040511, the above listed Proofs will be held open for public inspection at the office of the undersigned located at the Wyoming State Engineer's Office in Room 2 of the Cokeville Town Hall, 110 Pine Street, on Jan. 21, 2003, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Any party who may claim an interest in any water right from the stream or streams to which the above advertised Proofs refer, shall have the right to contest the allowance of same according to the law by written affidavit to the division superintendent within 15 days after the above date of public inspection. Absent any protests, said Proofs will be submitted to the State Board of Control for consideration during its meeting beginning on Feb. 11, 2003 with the recommendation that Certificates of Appropriation of Water or Construction of Reservoir be issued in accordance therewith.
