Notice of Probate
To all interested in said estate:
You are herby notified that on the 12th day of November, 2002, the Last Will and Testament of decedent Alice Schaffer, a/k/a Alice Loraine Schaffer, a/k/a Alice McGinnis Schaffer, a/k/a Alice m. Schaffer, was admitted to probate by the above-named court, and that Sylvia Schaffer was appointed Personal Representative thereof. Any action to set aside the will shall be filed in the court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to the decedent's estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned at the offices of William H Twichell, Attorney at Law, 128 W. Pine Street, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941.
Creditors having claims against the decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the clerk of the above court, on or before three months after the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

PUBLIC NOTICE
INVITATION TO BID
All interested parties are invited to submit sealed bids for miscellaneous used equipment and materials located at the Sublette County Shop. Bids should be submitted to the Sublette County Clerk's Office at the Courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming, no later than 5 p.m., Monday, December 16, 2002. Bid opening will be at the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, December 17, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. in the District Court Room of the Sublette County Courthouse. Detailed bid specifications are available on request at the Sublette County Clerk's Office.
