While some might debate the fact, the crew of Noble Construction hasn't lost their minds and taken to scuba diving in the freezing temperatures of Fremont Lake. Noble was awarded the contract by the Town of Pinedale to cover the town's waterline with a protective rubber mat and rocks to keep the waterline from floating to the surface again. Mark and Tom Noble have the enviable (?) job of being in the water, while Josh Stout, Stacy Illoway and Tad Essington hand them supplies.
