To all persons interested in said estate:
You are herby notified that on the 7th day of October, 2002, the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent was admitted to probate by the above-captioned court, and that Elizabeth I. Cavanagh was appointed Personal Representative thereof. Any action to set aside the will shall be filed in the court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or forever be barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to the decedent's estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned at P.O. Box 1963, Pinedale, Wyo.
Creditors having claims against the decedent or the estate are required to file them, in duplicate, with the necessary vouchers in the office of the clerk of the above-named court on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

NOTICE OF HEARING
STATE OF WYOMING TO:
All interested parties in the above captioned matter.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held on Monday, December 9, 2002, at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the Commission remains in session, in the Conference Room of the Office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming, to consider the matter brought on the application of Shell Exploration & Production Company for an order from the Commission under the Rules and Regulations of the Underground Injection Control Program for an aquifer exemption for the Fort Union formation in a quarter mile radius of the well bore of the Pacific Creek Federal No. B3-33 well which is located in the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 33, Township 27 North, Range 103 West, unnamed field area, Sublette County, Wyoming; for approval of use of the well for disposal of water; and for whatever other action which seems appropriate to the Commission.
Any interested firm, person, or corporation is entitled to appear at the time and place aforesaid to be heard by the Commission, and the application may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming.
If there are any protests in the above matters, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday, November 21, 2002, at 7:30 p.m. in the County Courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming. At this time public hearing will be held for the following applications:
AGENDA
1. Conditional use application by Kirby and Melanie Peterson for a guest ranch on property zoned A-1 (Agricultural). The site is on 26 acres located in a portion of Section 6, T35N, R113W, directly west of Thunder Subdivision on the south side of Merna North Beaver CR 23-115. The guest ranch will include a main lodge and 4 guest cabins and offer horseback trail riding, outfitting and guiding into nearby USFS land, and winter activities. (Tabled from October 17, 2002 hearing.)
2. Conditional use application by John and Mary Kay Jensen to allow temporary storage of heavy equipment on 40 acres zoned A-1, located in T31N, R109W, Section 12 and T31N, R108W, Section 7. It is accessed off Boulder South County Road 23-106 approximately 3 1/2 miles west of the intersection with US Highway 191. This is a renewal request of a conditional use originally approved December 16, 1997.
3. Conditional use application by Mark and Renee Jones for a recreational vehicle park that would be constructed in two phases for up to 30 spaces. The property is approximately 38 acres and is part of a larger ranch owned by the Jones. It is located in a portion of Sections 26 and 27, T31N, R106W, along the Big Sandy-Elkhorn CR 23-118 near where it intersects with East Fork Big Sandy CR 23-113. This application is subject to the approval of a zone change from A-1 to RS-1, being heard at the same meeting.
