Scherbels appointed

Governor Jim Geringer recently announced his appointments to several different boards. Included in the appointments were two Sublette County residents: Paul N. Scherbel and Scott A. Scherbel, father and son, of Big Piney. The Scherbels were appointed to the Wyoming Board of Geographic Names.

New Ranger

The Bridger-Teton National Forest issued a press release welcoming the new Pinedale District Ranger, Craig Trulock who reported for duty Monday, April 15th.

Craig has been working in a position as the Zone Planning Staff on the

Tongass National Forest, Thornebay Ranger District in Alaska and has been working for the Forest Service in Alaska since 1991.

"The Forest is proud to have Craig aboard and eager to begin working with him on the important projects that lay ahead," according to the release.
