Notice is herby given that on the 13th day of June, 2001, Garry and Trena Eiden came into possession of the above-described mobile homes.

Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of September 2002, John Copeland filed an application for a retail license in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming for the following described place and premises, to wit: Concrete block building located on lots 7 and 8 of Block 3 of the original Townsite of Big Piney, Wyoming, and protests if any against the issuance of this license will be heard November 5, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall in the Council Chambers in Big Piney, Wyoming.

All interested parties in the above captioned matter:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing was held on Tuesday, October 14, 2002, at 1:35 P.M. in the Conference Room of the Office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming, to consider the matter brought on the application of Pinedale Investment, Inc., for an order from the Commission under the Rules and Regulations of the underground injection control program for an aquifer exemption for the Almy Formation in a quarter mile radius of the wellbores of Well Nos. A-12, A-15, and A-22 Rainbow, all located in the SW1/4 of Section 3, Township 26 North, Range 113 West, Labarge Field, Sublette County, Wyoming, and for approval to use the wells for disposal of water. If no interested party protests the application within thirty days of this publication, it is the intent of the Examiners to approve the application with certain stipulations.
The application may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming. Any interested firm, person, or corporation is entitled to provide comment. If there are any protests in the above matter, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor.
