Green River Valley Tradition

With the coming of colder temperatures and snowfall in the past weeks, the Green River Drift is in its final stages as cattle have made their way out of the mountains to winter pastures in the valley below. Members of the Upper Green River Cattle Association have been gathering cattle each fall since the early 1900s.
