NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on Sept. 13, 2002, the Last Will and Testament of said decedent was admitted to probate by the above-named court and that Sally Rubio was appointed personal representative thereof on Sept. 13, 2002. Any action to set aside said will must be filed in said court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said decedent or to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to Sally Rubio, c/o Wood Law Office, P.O. Box 130, Pinedale Wyo., 82941.
Creditors having claims against said decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this publication, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS
CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The following matters will come before this Commission on Tuesday, October 15, 2002, at 9:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on any of the subsequent days during which the commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming:
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, Docket No. 347-2002, brought on the application of McMurry Oil Company for an order authorizing the drilling of two additional wells for the Lance Formation underlying that 80-acre drilling and spacing unit comprised of the S1/2NW1/4 of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., with each additional well to be located no closer than 50 feet from the exterior boundary of the existing drilling and spacing unit and no closer than 500' feet from any other well drilled to the Lance Formation, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the time and place aforesaid to be heard by the commission. The applications may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming. If there are any protests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday, October 17, 2002, at 7:30 p.m. in the county courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming. At this time public hearing will be held for the following applications:
