Notice of Application for restaurant liquor license
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of August, 2002, Michael & Lorraine Gatzke applied for an application for a restaurant liquor license in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming for the following described place and premises, to wit: Wood building located on Lots 13, 14, & 15, Block 12, of the C.P. McGlashan's 1st Addition to the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming and protests if any against the issuance of this license will be heard October 1, 2002 at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall in the Council Chambers in Big Piney, Wyoming.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
TRANSFER OF A COUNTY RETAIL MALT BEVERAGE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of August, 2002, Lippincott Enterprises, Inc. filed an application for the transfer of a county retail malt beverage permit, in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Sublette for the following described place being, Stanley's Junction, located at 11072 U.S. Highway 189-191, being part of the W1/2NW1/4, Section 26, T34N, R111W and protests, if any there be, against the transfer of the permit will be heard at the hour of 10 a.m., on the 1st day of October, 2002, in the District Court Room of the Sublette County Courthouse, in Pinedale, Wyoming.

INVITATION TO BID
The Board of County Commissioners of Sublette County is requesting bids for cleaning services and outside maintenance at the Marbleton Annex. Sealed bids should be submitted to the Sublette County Clerk's Office at the courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming, no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2002. Bid opening will be at the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2002. Detailed bid specifications are available on request at the Marbleton Annex and the Sublette County Clerk's Office.

PUBLIC NOTICE
All interested parties are invited to submit sealed bids for the mowing of county road barrow pits. Bids should be submitted to the Sublette County Clerk, P.O. PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT A
The adoption of this amendment to Article 3, Section 7(a)(i) would allow a majority of the elected members of each house to convene a special legislative session; The governor's power to call a special legislative session is not affected by these amendments.
PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT B
The amendment to Article 3, Section 7(a)(ii) would allow the legislative leaders of each house to call a special session to resolve a dispute or challenge to determine the presidential electors; The governor's power to call a special legislative session is not affected by these amendments.
PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT C
This amendment would limit the governor's partial veto authority (line item veto authority) to apply only to general appropriations bills.
PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT D
This amendment would provide that amendments to the Wyoming Constitution proposed by the Wyoming Legislature will be submitted to the electors of the state without prior presentment to the governor for his approval or disapproval.
CAMPAIGN FILING REQUIREMENTS
EVERY candidate, whether successful or not, must file a Statement of Receipts and Expenditures by November 15, 2002. A candidate must file the statement as required by law before receiving a certificate of election.
Every Candidate's Campaign Committee and Political Action Committee shall file a Statement of Campaign Receipts and Expenditures by November 15, 2002.
If you require assistance to vote by reason of blindness, disability, or inability to write, you may be given assistance by a person of your choice. If you have questions regarding the accessability of your polling place, please contact your county clerk.
Any person who expects to be absent from his place of residence on Election Day, or who cannot be present at his precinct polling place on Election Day because of illness, injury, disability, old age or tenets of religion, may apply for an absentee ballot in person, in writing, by telephone, or by email at the Office of the County Clerk, Sublette County Courthouse, P.O. Box 250, Pinedale, WY 82941, 367-4372 or 276-3827, and sbcc@state.wy.us.
Absentee ballots may be requested through November 4, 2002, at your county cerk's office.
