Annexation Summary Report Proposed Walker Addition to the Town of Big Piney
PUBLIC NOTICE

This report is prepared in accordance with Wyoming Statute 15-1-402. The Town of Big Piney has received a Petition For Annexation to the Town of Big Piney from Milleg Partnership and has requested the Town of Big Piney consider this petition.

The petitioner will provide the sewer service by the construction of a line meeting State regulations from the proposed lands northeasterly to connect with the outfall line in State Highway 350. The petitioner will grant the Town of Big Piney an easement for this facility and will be constructed at no cost to the Town of Big Piney. The Town of Big Piney will assume ownership of the line upon DEQ approval. The petitioner will not be required to pay a hook-up fee for the sewer. Petitioner will be responsible for the construction of the water line from his property line to his home.

A public hearing has been set on said petition on the seventh day of May, 2002, at the hour of 8:20 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chambers at the Town of Big Piney, Wyo.
