TAKE NOTICE that PAUL WESTBERRY and JORY S. WESTBERRY have filed a Complaint in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyoming sitting in the Town of Pinedale, to quiet title to Lot Ten (10), Unit C, Green River Ranch Subdivision, Sublette County, Wyoming, naming each of you and every one of you as Defendants, alleging that you claim estate, rights, titles, liens and interests therein which are adverse to those of the Plaintiffs, and that Plaintiffs are seeking to have title to said real property forever quieted and a judicial determination that non of you have any estates, rights, titles, liens or interests therein.
FURTHER, you are notified that you are required to answer Plaintiffs' Complaint on or before September 16, 2002 by filing the same with the Clerk of this Court; otherwise, said Complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shall be rendered against you accordingly.

Notice of Hearing on Selection of Permanent Plan-Juvenile
(California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 366.26)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO: DAVID T. MASON that a hearing concerning your children born on June 12, 1991, March 16, 1993, December 30, 1994 and July 15, 1997 has been set for Friday, August 28, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. in Del Norte County Superior Court, located at 450 "H" Street, Crescent City, California.
At that hearing, the court will terminate parental rights and free your children for adoption, or establish legal guardianship or place your children in long-term foster care.
You have the right to be present at this hearing, to present evidence and to be represented by an attorney. Prior to the hearing, an assessment report will be available for your review. If the court orders termination of parental rights, the order may be final. The court will proceed with this hearing whether or not you are present.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday, September 19, 2002, at 7:30 p.m. in the County Courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming. At this time public hearing will be held for the following applications:
AGENDA
1. Zone change request by Lucinda Nelly to rezone and reclassify 2.9 acres, more or less, from R-R (Rural Residential) to R-M (Rural Mixed). The property is Lot 9 (less the south 100 feet), Rendezvous Subdivision. It is the site of Neely's Nursery. The purpose of the zone change is to bring the nursery business into compliance with zoning.
2. Zone change request by Billy Pape to rezone and reclassify 2 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-R (Rural Residential), and to rezone 2 acres from R-R to A-1. The property is located in a portion of Section 3, T33N, R109W, north of Fayette Pole Creek CR 23-121 between Rendezvous and Bakes Subdivisions. The purpose of this zone change is to locate exactly where one 2-acre lot will be created for a family member's home site. The zone change from A-1 to R-R approved on July 16, 2002 in the same general area will revert back to the A-1 zoning category.

You are hereby notified that on the 2nd day of August, 2002, the estate of the above named decedent were admitted to probate by the above named court, and that SUZANNE HITTLE MICHNEVICH and FOREST KIRK HITTLE were appointed Co-Personal Representatives thereof.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to his/her estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned at c/o P.O. Box 130, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941.
Creditors having claims against the decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the Clerk of said Court, or before three months after the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

DECREE OF DISTRIUBTION
TAKE NOTICE that on August 5, 2002, an Application for Decree of Distribution of real property of BILL DAHEMAN ZIMMERMAN, deceased, was filed in the District Court of Sublette County, Wyoming, Ninth Judicial District, Probate No. 1825. Decedent died April 19, 2002, owning an interest in real property located in Sublette County, Wyoming, and described as:
SW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 111 West of the 6th P.M.
The court shall consider the application on the 19th day of August, 2002, at 10 a.m. and if it appears the facts in the application are not in dispute, the court shall enter a decree of distribution as prayed for in said application.
