Notice of Filing of petition for admission of foreign probate proceedings
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed with the District Court of Sublette County, Wyoming, Ninth Judicial District, Probate No. 1820, wherein the Petitioner seeks to have certain probate proceedings conducted in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon, County of Clackamas, Probate Case No. P00-08-67, in the estate of Mary T. Knight, deceased, who became deceased on August 16, 2000, admitted in this Court as a probate of said estate by this Court. You are further notified that said Petition has been set for hearing before this Court at 10 a.m. on the 2nd day of August, 2002, at the Sublette County Courthouse, Sublette County, Wyoming, and unless objection is made to this Court on or before said time and date, this Court will enter an Order admitting certified copies of said proceedings to record in this Court, pursuant to W.S. 2-11-201.

PUBLIC NOTICE
NEW FORK-WILLOW CREEK COUNTY ROAD NO. 23-120 PETITION
The Board of County Commissioners have received a petition for the establishment of a county road, with said road being an extension of the New Fork-Willow Creek County Road No. 23-120, commencing at a point on the south line of Section 36, T36N, R110W, N89%-05'E, 2164.72 feet from the southwest corner of said Section 36; and running thence northerly across said Section 36 to the south line of Section 25, T36N, R110W; thence northeasterly across the S1/2SE1/4 of said Section 25 and the SW1/4, NW1/4SE1/4, and NE1/4 of Section 30, T36N, R109W, and terminating at the intersection with the property line of the U.S.A. administered by the U.S. Forest Service.
All objections thereto or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk of Sublette County, before noon on the 5th day of August, 2002, or said road may be established without reference to such objections or claims for damages. A hearing on said objections and claims for damages shall be held before the Board of County Commissioner of Sublette County at 2 p.m. on August 6, 2002, in the District Court Room of the Sublette County Courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming.

Notice of Hearing on Selection of Permanent Plan-Juvenile
(California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 366.26)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO: DAVID T. MASON that a hearing concerning your children born on June 12, 1991, March 16, 1993, December 30, 1994 and July 15, 1997 has been set for Friday, August 28, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. in Del Norte County Superior Court, located at 450 "H" Street, Crescent City, California.
At that hearing, the court will terminate parental rights and free your children for adoption, or establish legal guardianship or place your children in long-term foster care.
You have the right to be present at this hearing, to present evidence and to be represented by an attorney. Prior to the hearing, an assessment report will be available for your review. If the court orders termination of parental rights, the order may be final. The court will proceed with this hearing whether or not you are present.

Whereas, the Board of Directors of the Mosquito Dist. No. 1 met and held a public hearing at 8 p.m. on July 23, 2002 for the purpose of assessing for Mosquito Control for the calendar year of 2003; and
Whereas, notice of said public hearing was given in the Pinedale Roundup on July 13, 2002,
Now therefore be it resolved, by the Board of Directors of the Sublette County Abatement Dist. No. 1 that the annual assessment for Mosquito abatement shall be as follows:

The Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday, August 15, 2002, at 7:30 p.m. in the County Courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming. At this time public hearing will be held for the following applications:
AGENDA
Conditional use application by William and Laura Fenn to construct and rent storage units on an entire three acres zoned C-1 (General Commercial) located directly south of Aspen Storage. The site is in the NE 1/4 of Section 15, T33N, R109W. (Postponed from July 25, 2002, Planning & Zoning hearing.)
Conditional use application by Kurt and Jennifer Meeks for screening and operating a portable batch plant at a gravel pit on property owned by Donna Steele in Boulder. The pit is located in a portion of Section16, T32N, R108W and is zoned A-1 (Agricultural). It is north of the Boulder Store.
