by Delsa Allen When Carol Garwood of the Muscular Dystrophy Association came up with a new venue for the organization's fundraising in Sublette County, she must have known that people in our county are "good." Her slogan was "You're going to jail for good!" and with the lockup format, Sublette County residents raised $16,723 in bail money for MDA clinics, medical equipment and research.
