Playin' the Blues Singing the Wind River Blues by David VaughanPinedale's second Wind River Blues Festival was held as scheduled over the weekend and numerous blues singers and bands preformed for a broad array of participants, including some who traveled many miles to attend.

Making his American debut at this year's blues fest, Lister is well known among European blues fans and was a favorite at the festival in Pinedale. |

Pinedale's own Midnight Cowboys kicked off the music Friday evening at a private Blues Fest reception with Anzley Lister and Miss Blues capping off the evening. A crowd of about 50 enjoyed the intimate show until about 1:30 a.m. |

Backed by Blind Dog Smokin, the vibrant and soulful Miss Blues performed to a grateful audience several times throughout the Blues Fest. Miss Blues has been singing her style of Delta Blues for more than 50 years. |
